·        you MUST have systems to assess safety risks at every new work site you go to

·        you MUST have systems to consult with every worker to make sure they know what the site risks are

·        you MUST have safe work method statements that address all those risks

·        you MUST have systems to make sure every worker knows how to apply those safe work methods

·        you REALLY MUST have paperwork systems to record what you have done, so that you can prove that you have applied “due diligence” to your “duty of care”.
